There isn't a better way to break up a business day than to spend an hour or possibly two, at a favorite Cape Cod restaurant, even if it is only once a week. This column will take you around the Cape to discover and entice you to enjoy a casual lunch with a business acquaintance or just socially. There are hundreds of outstanding restaurants and cafes from the canal to tip of Cape Cod.

Looking for a place on Cape Cod for a small seminar or conference? These restaurants tell me that they will accommodate a small number of people for a catered afternoon or evening meeting.

Here are just a few suggestions:

Colonial House Inn, Yarmouth Port
Medium size meeting room, private entrance with an excellent garden for a cocktail social before a meeting or seminar. Full catering and site down service and private cocktail lounge available. Parking on the premises, up to 25 cars. Twenty-one rooms for lodging.
